Refund policy

Our policy has always been that we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from us. We strive to sell the best products possible to serve your farm, garden, pet, and home needs, and we try to make sure everything we sell is fresh, undamaged, and ready to do the job you expect it to do.

However, things do happen, and we realize that sometimes our products do not always perform the way we expect them to. Should you ever experience any challenges with a product you purchase from us, we welcome you to communicate your concern with us.

Ideally, the best resolution is to stop by one of our stores with the item that has caused you concern, or give us a call so we can talk through it. Sometimes things don't perform because they have not been used properly, and our staff is trained to help you understand how our products work to give you the best performance.

If an item that you picked up or had delivered is damaged, please let us know right away so we can rectify the situation immediately.

Remember that if we are delivering an item to you that is weather sensitive, we'll do our best to make sure it is wrapped up tight, but the best solution is for us to get things undercover in your barn or garage as soon as possible, so help us out by planning accordingly when you ask us to deliver to you.

If you ever have a food or feed product that is unsatisfactory, we really need to have the product back so we can assess what is causing the problem. If you are half way through a bag of feed or bale of hay, and discover that it is unsatisfactory in some way(or your animal is not eating it), we ask you to return any unused portion to the store, ideally in the original bag or container so that we can trace lot numbers.

We typically guarantee our hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials for 1 year from date of purchase, but remember...you've got to take care of it! If you don't transplant it properly and keep it watered, you're going to be disappointed.
Keep in mind that we can't guarantee sensitive plants-that have been injured by cold damage (so don't plant your tomatoes too early in the season!).

When purchasing an article of clothing (for 2 and 4 legged creatures) or pet collars and harnesses, we kindly ask you to keep all the tags intact while trying on the product. Should the item not fit, it makes it a whole lot easier for us to return it to stock if the tags are still on.

Remember, we want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us, and we welcome your feedback if you are ever dissatisfied with any of our products. Just remember that you need to do your part as well to use the product properly and treat it with care. As long as you have proof of purchase, we will gladly give you a refund or store credit for any product that has not met your expectations.
